The Epic That Never Was is a TV show on BBC4. In 1937, shooting began at Denham Studios on Sir Alexander Korda's ill-fated film I, Claudius, from the books by Robert Graves. The story of why it remained unfinished is told by Dirk Bogarde, with interviews with several of those involved and scenes from the original London Films production.
